new high dense condo usually alot of 'investor' that have no money and do compress loan ended up default in service charges & bank instalment, end up many auction unit

also new condo service charges tend to be more expensive due to fancier facilities. overall if u go the notice board see many maintenance fee defaulters, service charges not enough to cover maintenance of the condo and end up will be trash condo.
