hi, sorry this is a little funny + awkward but i am somewhere in KL now and i need to book a place to overnight, preferably a 3 or 4 star hotel. i can't book on booking.com etc. now. do you think i can try my luck walking in to hotel to get a room? anyone have experience how walk in booking is like? thank you

Just go to the counter and ask.

It's not weekend and a lot vacancies right now.

Btw, I don't like to use Booking.com due to their interface.

Prefer Agoda. More user friendly when using the app

Today is not weekend walk in should be fine. Or just call them. Search on google maps

why not? i always reach the hotel lobby check only use agoda to book then after 5 minute i walk to counter to check in

Can go shangrilla or Hilton

A lot of sites can book same night.
Hotels.com is one.

Walk in rate are usually full rate.

Just give a call, make a reservation and walk in.

Not weekend and public holiday just walk in lor , mostly still got room for u ler ...

the worst, the hotel preparing you the suite room, since all the ordinary is full now, paid the premium price if at the 4 star hotel at the town.

Last time i walk in a hotel at 4am. Check in around in 4.15am, and check out 7.30am. LoL

People nowadays tend to rely so much on technology that we forgot walk in is actually a totally viable option. This comes late but surely there would be vacant rooms around during off peak season, or better yet call to confirm before committing

Bro you think hotel always fully booked meh. They are lucky to even have 70% occupancy rate unless you go to tourist place during peak season la.

use trivago..compare the rates.. and availability..wont go wrong.(most of the cases)
