win10...screen locking keep repeating

hi....

hmm, looks like some hardware issue... not sure how to pinpoint. maybe these questions will help:
- is the screen touch-enabled? - is there any touch sensitive buttons that is dirty? - can try redo the whole installation and see if the problem persists? |

Morning TS,
Strange issue indeed... I checked online and some say it could be due to keyboard issues. Is it connected with a USB keyboard? Try plug / replug? Alternatively, whatabout holding CTRL + ALT + DEL? |

dear all .. finally problem solved ...can direct boot into windows without need hitting any keyboard bottom ...haha .. just adjust the touch pad sensitivity to low only ... thanks guys ... kiva_emperor liked this post
