Oh yes, I just booked 1 unit dual key.
Personally I find this location quite ok la, located at matured commercial area, like SS2, convenient to many amenities and few minutes to McD hahaha.
Price also OK la, and give 4 carparks somemore.

Found their official website https://d-sini.com/. In year 2026, if completed product can achieve 90% as per brochure's artist impression, then consider reasonable rate. But there are no project done by this developer as of now in Klang Valley. No reference

Here is the project history. Most of their project is in KK, sabah, sarawak and penang. In my opinion main con also place a important role in a property development no matter how good is the developer name.
My agent has told me the main con is CNQC.

Ya, Aglie mont kiara also done by them. I think their workmanship not bad tho.

There are 2 show unit available for viewing. 1 for the 3 bedrooms and 1 for the 4 bedrooms (dual key)
