So family member is currently outstation and forgot to reload the prepaid number.  Now according to telco umobile the number has been terminated. Question: how do we fix accounts that is tied to this number?

Bank accounts
Gov stuffs

Does she need to be in Malaysia physically to go to these branches and update the mobile number?

Anyone face this before? This should be common problem especially during covid...thanks.
