Anyone has experience with N safe subscription?
I thought at first they’ll replace the device/cover the damages for free but there’s fixed fee depending on device price/damage/theft.

Only thing I’m worried about glass cracked and replacing it doesn’t seem to be as expensive as what maxis charges.

Last year my wife's phone cracked screen and ask for exchange... paid rm900 (damaged claim) and got a new phone... so worth or not depends on how you value it throughout the 2 years (21 months since 3 months is free)...

the catch is after your claim, the next claim can only be process after 1 year... eg you make a claim at Mar 2022 and next claim can only be Mar 2023...

I thought they only do that if the phone got stolen, and need to pay 1.9k

Thanks on the claim time remark, i must’ve missed reading that part on the tnc

so far that time the phone dropped and have a cracked screen and it was replace a brand new unit, thus we just accept it since the charges is rm900/-...

and possible that time the model is still very new in market thus no refurbish units available, thus result a whole new replacement...

p/s the time remark was found out due to certain complication which cost the phone now total lost and we were trying to make a second claim and was told that only able to make a second in a year time...

Was it an iphone or android?
How long did take for the new replacement

What was the damage for the second claim?

is a S22U... after payment within 1 week...

2nd claims was total lost... yet to reach 2nd year after 1st claim... cant tell more...

Thanks for your feedback, i’ve never had a total loss phone before (worst was just broken lcd display)
