Risky to buy CN set ROM. Later all Whatsapp notifications not ringing. Dunno why Whatsapp behave differently if Google Play is not natively installed inside the phone.

Somemore realme already say this month GT3 240W is coming. So better wait first.

WA TG Messenger no issue. FP, Grab and Banking app noticication no issue. IG and Discord still ongoing "learning curve" since i dont use them alot

app with intrusive ads like shopee and lazada got silenced lol. but delivery notification no issue, about same time as i receive email notification.

this "learning curve" started to looks good on 3rd month usage and ongoing.

How's this phone? I am using moto G82. Calls got cut off many times. I not sure due to network or phone. Got a bit of lag when using app. Some app first time open will hang. Need to open few times before it works. I always wanted Moto but .... Anyway still can use. Just that not perfect.

call cut off is so frequent rn accross telcos, even on iphone. better use wa call or meeting call, surprisingly much more reliable.

app wise ok on x30p i have 0 issue, heck even google pay can use. what cannot be used is somethig that needs Google app to be system; android auto, voice to wake.

but if you're looking for solid video shooter, this x30p not for you..

Dunno. My mi11 ultra CN ROM whatsapp never ringing, seller says must force open the app. Now just update to miui 14, but I don't have a spare Sim card to try again. Also on miui 14 CN ROM there is no force dark mode options inside developers options. Apps from Google Play store cannot be forced to dark mode.

Right now realme selling realme 10. After this GT3 coming. My old realme 7 pro still working perfectly. Hopefully can do trade in.

Yes got. Miui 14 is Android 13 but missing force dark mode inside developers options. Very very frustrating. Miui 12.5 was not like this, in miui 12.5 all dark mode was working. Dunno why Xiaomi changed this.

Yup. Both functions working. Can receive Whatsapp notifications. Shopee got dark mode.

The Whatsapp notifications unable to ringing after the phone is sleeping overnight. Not sure it's a good thing or bad thing since I don't bother to answer WA at night. Need to wake up the lock screen for the notifications to appear. After that okay, the notifications can keep appear ringing. I use GT mode ultimate with 144hz can get over 8hours SOT. Very good. Very soon I will say bye bye to Samsung Fons cos keep increasing $$$ but hardware always the same. Some features of ONE UI can download from Play Store, but hardware like 240W cannot be downloaded. Samsung wake up before you become HTC.

Speed 80mbps 4G+. Signal full. Perfect. Depends on area some place 4G+ 300mbps nearly 5G speed. Hotlink prepaid.

Find X2 Pro is very good phone. Keep it instead of selling. Find X2 Pro OLED screen is the best screen I've seen. Ya oppo & Realme ui same.

Yes all Whatsapp, wechat, telegram, messenger notifications can receive. But remember if the phone is sleeping overnight, the next morning you have to wake up the lock screen by touching the screen so that the notifications return to normal. After overnight sleeping notifications are not received or disabled by the Fon. But just wake up the lock screen & the notifications return to normal. After that all the notifications can receive no delays whatsoever.

Not bad this realme. Iinm last time brands like xiaomi CN Rom cannot receive notifications? Right ?

I'm using Vivo with originOS, and it has the similar issue as well. But there is a workaround to disable the FORCE sleep mode for such apps.

Yes. I believe it's the Fon settings somewhere that disable the notifications after sleeping overnight. I also believe the apps are deep sleeping instead that's why the notifications are not ringing. But since night time I'm sleeping also, this is not an issue for me.

My place no 5G yet. Both my hotlink & Digi doesn't detect any 5G signal. I'm not in KL area or Klang Valley area.

240W is the reason why I buy this Fon. Imagine finishing my meal in 15mins & the Fon is already charged to 100%. Last time Nokia & early Android needs 2.5 hours to charged. This technology has the potential to topple AAPL, I wonder if Biden will sanction Realme like how Trump sanction Huawei.

The OLED & battery life surprises me. It's very good. The OLED is very similar to Samsung quality Dynamic AMOLED. The battery though only 4600mah but the usage time is longer than my S22U. If this Fon has 3x zoom & 10x zoom optical it can eat S23U like a King Kong.

All BBK Android phones with Origin OS have a midnitebedtime mode where they will mute all notifications unless you set them to critical or disable the midnitebedtime mode altogether. Did you import the phone from China? I would not buy a local set Realme or IQOO after realizing that the local set wont ever enable high FPS for games.

Have you ever tried to explore the phone setting to disable the default force deep sleep mode?

Or is this phone giving an option to user to set the how long didn't touch the phone then only go into deep sleep mode?

I did a lot of research to ensure such default deep sleep mode can be disable before finally decided to buy a china set VIVO phone, cause price vs spec wise mostly china spec phone will win over local set...

Must be these 2 settings, but need tomorrow wake up test. Most probably is. If off maybe can get notifications at night too & allow background activity.

1. Realme GT Neo 5 OLED is superior & surprisingly very good & pleasant to my eyes.

2. Using Ultimate GT mode 144hz. Battery can get around 8 hours usage.



3. The Realme UI is very fluid. The gestures control is very easy to use, learn & control the Fon.

4. The photo editor is okay. But the video editor still missing some features from One UI. But if use inShot can replace One UI entirely.

5. Phone is light. Comfortable to hold using one hand.

6. No more notifications delay by using the following settings

7. Yes. Managed to get notifications working 24 hours all day by using these settings. Working, tried & tested just now.

8. Just choose off in the last settings. & All the notifications come flooding in 24 hours all day long.

9h15min in a single charge of only around 13 to 16mins of charging depending on Fon temperature, not bad right.

Oppo quality good. What surprises me is that this Realme has flagship quality in a mid range pricing. I was expecting Samsung A series quality but luckily it wasn't it. The OLED used by this Realme can blow away any A series from Samsung or even S23, S23+ Dynamic AMOLED.

The strangest & weirdest thing about Chyna ROM Fon is nearby share is not available. My Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro, Mi11 Ultra also same thing. This Realme also same. Strange.

It's very important you buy from reputable dealer in case region lock they will help you send back and settle it. Dont know how this region lock works but seem that some use the phone for quite some time before kena region lock.

How about neo 5 150W? I prefer 150W because bigger battery and if I am outside whole day, it will last longer. Not going to bring charger out so 240W only useful when I am at home. Can normal GAN 100W charger charge this phone at a reasonable rate or stuck with 18W? I remember reading somewhere charging with normal charger only get 18W.

Because u got refill the battery before it reach 100% so it wont reset. Or mayb it is completely in idle mode.

U can see the auto calculated remaining hour based on balance 37% can last approx 11hour based on your existing usage pattern. If 63% battery utilized can last 3 days, likely it will show remaining 37% can last approx 2days.

Do you know to read & understand the words " used since last charge" ? Realme graphs show the last 24 hours only unlike Samsung which shows the last 100%. If you still stubborn & don't understand & doubtful, here's another screen shot, 3days on battery & 7h39min screen on time SOT.

I am just given some example of possible scenario that can affect the SOT, if ur data is genuine then just share ur tips lo, sharing is good thing lu tau boh?

Of course I know what is since last charge, u got read what i write or not? Lu tau what is phone in idle mode? Airplane mode? turn off after charge? Explain a bit this is a very outstanding result is nice thing to share.
