I'm not sure for this brand, but for your reference, I'm using Khind Infrared Gas Stove 1515 from 2010 until now. My wife cook 5 days a week, no issue on the ceramic, just the stainless steel body start yellowish already especially surrounding the burner.I am looking at swiss thomas infrared gas stove.
