Tbf, it can be argued that all McD drive thru has some magical wizard drawing power. They are taking advantage of Malaysian as a lazy lot in general who likes the convenience of driving up to the window & get their stuffs.

Mekdi drive through are done well. From entry to payment to collection, everything is done systematically and in order efficiently.

You go to KFC, chances are you see payment windows closed with a notice asking you to go forward. And somehow, KFC drive through is always an after thought, resulting in the lane is next to their rubbish, longkang, etc @ smelly af. Not only that, payment channel is spotty, many times kena "cash only".

Only ever tried Texas Ayam DT at Sunway.... super slow. Same windows order, payment and collect. Wait till cows come home. Told myself no more.

It is the "tidak apa" attitude that we must make do without. That will only promote laziness of public servants.
