After being clueless like you and survey randomly in Shopee few days ago, I finally bought and installed some brandless '7862' android player because I also need a reverse cam. Spent around 1k, seller also install it for me. Having wireless android auto + carplay as a bonus. Main concern is that hoping it will last 6yrs atleast.

Well, I don't buy nor change any audio speaker so I feel the same (stock). Radio is very clear and not even single buzz sound you'd hear on cheap radio.
