I've rented a tong roro for a renovation project in Bukit Jalil. The tong has been there for over a month. We have been trying to reach the tong roro guy, he's always telling us that he's on the way but never shows up. We tried calling him, using different phone numbers, no pick up, no nothing. The only thing we have is his phone number.

The management office is charging us a daily RM 10 fees for placing the tong roro. Does anyone knows who we can reach out to to get it tow away and perhaps the authorities that we can reach out to to solve the issue
