Please note that you still have to spend more than RM25 in one order in order to get RM4 delivery discount.

One question: Is it still worth to sign up food panda pro? sweat.gif

Typical modus operandi. Lure users by offering promo, once reach certain threshold, reduce the promo value. Then hope user to stay.

Most ppl signup for foodpanda pro for only 0.99 only for 1 year. So does it matter?

They increased the amount from 30 to 50 per month but the catch is that RM4 max only waived.

Well you should be eating in the shop if the food is expensive.
You are indirectly paying for the decor of the shop by buying their food anyway.

As a chef and few takeaway owners myself, really khak-pthuih at those food delivery app. They're literally cutting people's throat by using other people's laziness as justification of their profit. But at same time, Im hypocrite because that's how I mark my food cost up compared to entertaining cheap fucks that come to your restaurant and demand for fukken 5star customer service while ordering some shit economy food. (BTW, this is my situation in the UK , not malaysia)

I still cannot brain how can some people purposely order a delivery, lets say example from Mutiara Damasara to deliver until SS2 or Kelana Jaya just because they wanted. Its like their life is made to stretch the thing to the account until it was used to the max to get back on the cost they paid for. How shitty is the life of a person if they did that.

Instead of user, your rant should be on the developer why allowing users to make orders that are beyond 10km away
Also, human need human touch and feeling and if you cannot cope with service line, you should seriously consider if that suits you

In K must cari pasal only got entertainment mah. Else everyone sounded nice, being kind, appear like super duper understanding, what kind of discussion to be made. Just fake courtesy with no productivity.

But again, while I hate takeaway concept, I love it at the same time because customer order, they get forced to fork out the fee and pay else die hunger. Unlike those that come to your shop for pickup, buy 1 fried rice for 5pound, want your give them a free chicken goreng cost 1/2 the fried rice. And want free this and that too. Cheapskate to the max you know?

More pesal is, they tak tau malu punya. Oh mai gawd.

Wow, you sounded so understanding.

Are you the kind of people that would consider human feeling and not ordering takeaway because its raining outside?

Or perhaps, want to eat Five guys but because it would be too long cycling for the delivery man so opted for nearby ramly burger to make it more considerate?

We all have many thing in life, mate. I do sound complaint kao kao, but when money masuk pocket, insta happiness. Of course, I still look down on fukken cheapskate that had nothing but self-assumption that their puny little few bucks membership and smartass idea is worth people considering about. I find it ironically stupidity.

Imagine some sohem purposely drive a km away just because that somewhere else selling beer 1 ringgit cheaper. And they thought its a great deal for driving 1km away go and back to buy 4 bottle of beers that 4 ringgit cheaper. YEEHA, sohai in making!

Subscription will end on 9 oct 2023 and will be renewed RM58.80 per year / RM4.90 per month after this. doh.gif

Deswai my comment stated that I am a takeaway owner, not restaurant.

And still , had to entertain many people with all samseng attitude, especially the cheapo eastern European people. These people are the best in Makan, come back, want this and that. If the nice one, habis makan GTFO, the pokgai one will eat half, come and say not nice, want replace something else, if no give them they'll lempang the leftover at your windows then lari cepat cepat. Very samseng and samsung.

Luckily no need entertain the halal group. Else, more mafan. The kebabs across the road, 1 week at least 3 days sure got drama, thanks to those habibi bastards.

Certain shops did not jack up price like crazy, plus pair with certain discount voucher only for delivery makes it cheaper than self pickup.

For eg. Pork noodle at the shop is RM8/bowl but after all the discounts its only RM4/bowl but the catch is need min spending so i have to order 4 portions keep in fridge eat for 4 meals lel.
Thats like RM16 savings.

Also some ppl think paying RM3-RM5 for delivery is worth it than self pickup.

I wonder how does this delivery fee affects merchants? Since not many of the merchants offer so called free delivery (RM4 off) now... I joined this Pro membership for free delivery, just renewed last month and in the end the merchants I frequently use do not offer free delivery! bangwall.gif
