But, for areas smaller than 200-300 sqft, the supplier shall charge you a lumpsum to cover their transport and labour cost. You see, if the job need two person to travel to your place, they need to recover their overhead. For 10 x 10 ft, you have to ask the supplier. I don't think they will offer RM 3.x- RM 4.x psf.
