Any projects recommendation/suggestion? So far I been view Elmina, Gamuda Garden & Jardin - KLK.

You should aim for Kwasa Damansara - there's 2 MRT stations there and new EPF HQ. Search for the following projects -
1. Ari Kwasa Damansara
2. YTL Kwasa Damansara and
3. Gadang Holdings Berhad Kwasa Damasansara

All landed will be launched this year - Townhouse, Terrace House, Semi-D & Bungalow

All these most likely above TS budget

Within that range, you can go for Emerald West Rawang @ new project called 'Blooming'.
