Bad.
This sensitive product suppose to be tender & juicy.
But It turns out to be dry & tough as rubber boot
*
bcoz the product needs to be seared first before wrapped then baked. the 2 times cooking if not done properly will make the beef rubbery coz it's so easy to overcook

Even their curry puff is not up to standard anymore. Recently I tried their plant based pastry puff. Mostly air inside. Seems like anything Malaysians are entrusted to handle by foreign companies slowly but surely turns to crap.

Beef Wellington requires a dry and medium-bodied red wine such as a Bordeaux, Pinot Noir, Chianti, Malbec, or Syrah to stand up to the beef flavours while complementing the puff pastry, onion and mushroom flavours in this decadent dish.

So they pair with ribena at ikea?

Was abt to say the promotional pic beef macam tak betul then saw all the comments haha.

Actually gordon ramsey beef wellington in Malaysia branch also not tasty. Beef look ok but the puff pastry soggy. Maybe his overseas restaurant better.

Actually every food item I tried in ikea sucks.

The worst is the lamb shank. Dry and rubbery. Chicken meatballs got weird taste. Curry puff also barely pass. Beef meatballs is not really meat, a lot of filler.

But a lot of fruits like to queue there and but so much.
