How to Connect LED Driver to Light Strip?

Hi guys, any of you who are more electrical pros can help me with this? Am trying to replace this LED driver and got a new one from Shopee. But the thing is the new one seems to be missing a few 'ports'? Namely the 'CO' ones (the 4th and 5th ports)? Am not sure which port on the new driver I should connect the blue and brown wires to?

If the old power supply is not functioning, and you are in the Klang Valley, may I have it? I'm learning how to repair switched mode power supplies.
