after drinking it since last couple months i feel my chest pain. i thought is because i become older already too much caffeine my heart cant take it. last time i drink much more also dont feel like this. now i drink 1 packet also can feel uncomfortable around my left side chest. i drink this brand because its the cheapest option available, just need the caffeine hit. i continue drinking still because really need it or else cannot get my job done.

anyway, recently my relative gave me nescafe gold. it taste very good and the caffeine effect also good as well. however, i realize that even drinking 3-5 full tea spoon a day. i dont get the same chest pain feeling that i get from aik cheong 3-in-1 coffee. i am sure the caffeine level is similar or even more. i dont think 1 packet of aik cheong 3in1 have more caffeine than 3 full tea spoon of nescafe.

want to ask if anyone have the same experience? or maybe it is just placebo? but these couple week i have been drinking nescafe gold and i havent have this chest pain feeling. i always thought caffeine are all the same, expensive coffee just taste better.

i drink 3in1 cause dont like the taste of coffee without creamer....
