xiaomi phone incoming call, can't slide up the answer button

I am using a stock Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro but encounter the above. I remember also having another Mi phone which act the same way also.
Anyone encounter and any solution? This problem happens just for the normal call and once in a whill this will happen, not every time, whatsapp call is all right. |

Which dialer app is it using? MIUI dialer or Google Dialer
could try a 3rd party dailer app such as Simpler Dialer by Simple Mobile Tools to see if it is a bug with the app |
