Eventually you will get exhausted if you need to figure out celebration on 13/2 & 14/2 every year. Mind you, this is only 2nd year. What I can advise you, just consolidate it into a single day celebration.

In between 13/2 or 14/2, choose 13/2 because 14/2 is for the business to slaughter the couples out there. Also, if you are having a good relationship, you don't need the gimmick of anniversary or valentine day to celebrate. You are basically celebrating every moment when you are together.
