why lawyer dont date the SPA documents?

to give sufficient time for loan to disburse? or others?

Any document for stamping must be stamped within 30 days from date of agreement, otherwise there will be penalty levied.

The reason why spa not dated during signing is because if there is any delay from either party after the date, someone has to pay the penalty.
