For me, I am currently using 'used' tyres.
My Axia used 14" tyres only cost RM 50/pc , so thats Rm 100 a pair, vs a new tyre which cost almost RM 130 a pc.

And it works, being the oldest tyre has already clocked around 34K (and above the 1.6MM thread wear mark) and recently swapped from the rear to front.

And yes, I check my thread indicator very regularly, ensuring its still within the mark.
