Great day all, humbly greeting to all the members, been lurking around for so many years and decided to start my first thread here.

Knowing that Malaysia hiring peak season is normally after CNY where the talents are more likely to seeking for a better job. With the approved operation expenditure 2023 for recruitment, the process should be even faster. Me and my friends were applied the job posted in genting Career website since December last year, and we are applying senior executive and manager role. We went through phone interview, virtual interview etc.

It's been months of waiting and wondering if any pro here can share their experience if we are being ghosted or genting recruitment process is usually longer? I believe we are competence candidates based on experience in management role for the past 10 years and expertise.

Thanks for the comment bro. But I think back to the rule of thumb, willing buyer willing seller, no point to ask if they are interested at you. Only wonder if anyone also been interviewed lately, or if anyone been getting offer since then.
