Debit card usually no problem once enabled but debit card sucks
Credit card overseas and online depends on bank. Maybank cards suck
As others suggested, try wise/bigpay

ask them see is there a blocked transaction attempt from oracle or not, ask them unblock for you

Not that simple, Oracle is known for being strict, veli hard to register. Even if transaction go through, may still fail

dont bother with this company if only want to use it for free. they will delete your server without notice.
