Try Tower Records or CD-RAMA(Popular) for pre-orders. Personally, I prefer buying off-the-shelve on launch day itself. I'd been doing that for November's Chopin and Still Fantasy from Victoria Station in Kota Raya. Both cost RM42 each. Local version and no posters. They usually have enough stock, even for non pre-order. Why I don't pre-order? Because I was once told that pre-orders usually avail a day or 2 after launch, due to waiting for freebies (poster).
