Try trace it to your roof.

I had similar case like yours, I trace it up and found my roof have minor cracked.

I see, then it could be due to the water pipe hidden in the wall.

The water source for your basin and the wall faucet could be sharing and it came from the floor.

I think the leakage is due to that T pipe inside your wall.
