Can I use Malaysian VISA/MasterCard debit cards in Singapore such as buying staffs, eating, and boarding MRTs?

If not, how to apply for using Malaysian debit cards in Singapore?

Don't know your card need to activate for overseas spending or not. Also check the limit.

Use bigpay. Avoid debit cards unless you want to give banks free money (markup exchange rate)

They never mentioned anything about good exchange rate I think. Use bigpay or wise.

Why would you even use Malaysian debut cards when it's much cheaper to just change your monies to SGD instead
