Finally Maxis pissed me off today. I go outside watching TV and when I go back to my room, I found that my monitor got those flickering. I quickly check my network type and it drops to EDGE. I call Maxis customer service and spoke to 1 of the people there. I know we got 18 months contract thing but how you can stand for it. You paying so much for them and they giving so much problem. We as consumer have our rights to claim that. Anyone else having the same problem?
the truth is we pay MAXIS for suffering but not surfing and, customer service will give u a solution that never solve the problem
also, the 18th months contract is to make sure u will pay at least 18 months rental to them but not to make sure they will provide 18 months of good service to u. (i really satisfied with the service for the first 3 months but after that ...
maybe the only thing we can do is having an egg throwing event at MAXIS tower.
