I already called their 1-800 to reset my line but still cannot get connection. Is my modem dead already? Can I use other modem beside ZTE?

Dam... I can't connect to internet this morning and my ping to 192.168.0.1 also timed out....
I already called their 1-800 to reset my line but still cannot get connection. Is my modem dead already? Can I use other modem beside ZTE? |
