anyone get a call from maxis saying tat need to verify the imei no of the modem??

wat's wrong with this stupid maxis?
i got extreamly suckssss connection these 2 days.. cant even log into messenger.. once it logged in.. it will reconnect again... keep on signing in n out totally interrupted my works.. file cannot be send n bla bla bla.. what the XXXXX... can i burn off the maxis?? |

how is the xunlei speed these days?  normal browsing speed but xunlei vry slow.. anyone experiencing the same?? |
