Eh , power pack means up to 3.6Mbps ?

can torrent at 9.20am ? u r using unlimited data plan is it ?

Mine power pack was unstable .... the DL speed was randomly change from 0 - 56kBps.

Wow , thanks for fast reply , as I know u only subscribe 28 days since now. Maybe u will face the problems after next months , just my 2 cents , no offence .

Or maybe as prasys stateed , USB modem didn't firewalled, and so that u could get better performance than ZTE modem.

Crazy , u get constant DL speed ? I am using ZTE modem with power package (auto upgrade from 768Kbps to 3.6Mbps) at 17/2 , PJ. using utorrent is piss me off for sure. Maybe I should try bitcomet 0.90 like urs. Do u set anything to the bitcomet? using what anti virus ? firewall ? TOR ? DULGE?

My result on download speed is 1 - 200KBps , nah, I wont get constant 200KBps , mostly is 1-20 KBps , average 11KBps, 200KBps maybe u can get once a month and in a few seconds.

Last night I think is because of the maxis ISP network down , ZTE modem (192.168.0.1) page was showing connect at HSPDA mode , but browse IE will give the error page like what u r mentioned.

1.2MBps ? 200KByte / second, yup this is the 1st time I can reach this speed as a power package subscriber (b4 October, I am still 768kbps subscriber who paid RM98/months).

B4 this 200KBps , like I mentioned 1-20KBps which inconsistent for BT after 1.00AM - 6.00AM. Average was 11KBps.

What is this penalty means?

I go to maxis KLCC HQ, the customer service said it is the 18 months contract penalty (means u r paying the bill up to 18 months as the contract applied). Is this everyone account also have this penalty?



last 2 months, I chage the billing address and my power package was automatic downgraded to starter package, I was asking why, the customer serviced said to me that maybe it is a system error, and she can directly changed back to power package to me.

I was asking whether that I violated the contract (downgrade) that why I get that "pemalty contract"? She said no, she offer me to terminated without penalty, but I have lost confident on her. (speak without honestly, she thought she can control the contract. ) So, I asking sinced the system error to downgrade my package, can I request upgrade to RM138 power package with USB modem? Then she said "can, terminate the current package without penalty and re-apply the RM138 package." At the moment, I start wonder about what she said. Another male customer service beside her told her "actually can upgrade to RM138 without re-apply." After this, I was totally disappointed on their customer service. They cant even know how to solve this problems. At last, I request to recover my power package as original applied. Just I still suspect about the "penalty contract". It is really like what they said?

Can u all try check whether urs account have "penalty contract"?
