i am sorry if this has been posted before in the front pages but I didn't go through the whole 15 pages as it's a lot. Maybe someone should post this in the FAQ.

Maxis and Celcom both have something called Fair Usage Policy

Maxis's if limit to 3GB and Celcom is 5GB.

I believe they still haven't enforce it yet cause no one complain yet. But has anyone kena this before? Like maxis terminating your access due to excessive downloads?

3GB is can easily finished in few days if downloading torrent. So, someone care to explain more about this policy?

hmm...seems like nobody even care to read about this "small" little policy which could stop their downloading anytime.
