I got confirmation from maxis CSA today bout the 20GB usage limit. They confirmed with me that this rule does exist, and already happened to myself and some other ppl in this thread. When your speed is hovering around 25~32KB/s, congratulation!! Your account is being capped @ 256kbps or 32KBps until next billing date.
