maxis broadband really pissed me off.....I've got 2 weeks of disconnected status on maxis broadband...and they (MAXIS) only send 2 technician after a month I've report to the customer service centre.....
know what??....I've ask for the rebate for my next bill since I can't get connected to the internet and guess what happen?.....I've been charged for RM206.03 for the next bill....And when I asked the service center, they just said its an typing error.....
i just wonder how suck maxis service is though it has its own reputation...
