dun quite get you on that, but it a known policy that you can transfer your account as long as there is a willing taker and RM50, i've verified this at KLCC but you need both taker and giver present at the counter and not possible to do so by phone as the new taker needs to sign all the required documents and declarations (and must not appear in their blacklist).

but the staff just rejected me with the reason "still under contract" & "my senior told me"
then i ask them again la i see other ppl also can transfer and she reply the same shit, since i cant argue with anything so i just came home to study the contract, i cant even find anything regarding transfering ownership link with 18 months contract
im going back to try if still cant then go KLCC? do u have anyone to refer to
