i got a RM57++ first bill... total is actually RM157++ but dunno where did the RM100 deduction came from... can't be from the activation charges right?

thanks.

Yeah, maxis umts-enabled it 2 mths ago. I am logging in using ZTE modem.  Surprise to find UMTS connection since 2 months ago, which used to be GPRS only. My location near Stadium Perak rclxm9.gif

Maxis just cover Bandaraya Ipoh 2 month ago ?
Celcom already cover lumut, tanjung malim, teluk intan, taiping, kuala kangsar etc...

Hi friends,

I just registering my maxis broadband 1 day before chinese new year and only manage surfing a few hour before my modem faulty (RSSi light not appear and test by maxis tech taman segar it confirm fault). I try to get change but they dont have extra modem. Then their customer servise call me and tell me that i need to wait at least 1 week for their tech come to me or other option I need to go maxis KLCC to get replacement by myself. Now i see that maxis after service is same just like celcom or tm. Im now considering terminate their service but ithink want to get replacement at KLCC. What make i dissapointed are y their tech long day to come my house.. im not staying at afrika if they think its far!!!!... and other option to get replacement by myself really wasting my time and cost... when this company mentality will change... maxis suck!!!!

The connection now is much much more stable. I never get disconnected since 7 days ago, and always get at least UMTS. biggrin.gif

Just the speed may go up and down occasionally. sweat.gif
