Green chili padi or green chutney? If chutney i can imagine its minty taste goes well with fried stuffs.

Both. They give Green Chilli with Green Chutney.

Normal lah tiktok food and hacks. I bet deep fried choco pie tastes much better with oozy cheesy marshmallow filling and soft cake layers all inside that crispy batter.
