Simple je kalau nak padang cantik.
FAM & MFL kena sit down together dgn technical coach national team semua. Bagitau pitch grass mana yg ok dgn dna and cuaca kita. Bg la 3-5 options jenis rumput.
So dlm masa 5thn, team nak main liga super mesti book venue yg ada pitch dlm 3 option ni contohnye. Nak achieve? Ko simpan la duit and merge dgn PBT for the project. Ko pro clubs kot.
Tapi masalah kita ni bukan masalah JENIS padang. Kita ni sibuk betul kejar benda glemer je.
Masalah kita ialah mslh MAINTENANCE.
drainage, piping, daily maintenance, intensity of usage per week.
Tak payah pening kepala.
Pitch mbpj tu mujur pun bola bertakung hrtu, ko xnampak padang jd berlumpur dan berkeladak (of course ni baru teruji 1 match). As far as i know, mmg padang tu regularly maintained in and off season.
Match tu pun pd pandangan aku x patut diteruskan sbb TERLALU lebat dgn thunderstorm. Since selangor move out from shah alam, usually towards d middle and starting end of season (sbb nak dkt musim hujan) baru padang akan start soggy dah. Ironically, last game SFC di Shah Alam, adalah padang sawah.
Amik contoh pitch stadium cheras or stadium kuching.
Cheras = heavy usage. Weather sama dgn mbpj. Result padang lunyai.
Kuching = not so heavy usage. Dah jadi sawah.
Yg cheras tu aku serious x faham.
Apa la bengap sgt FAM pun sibuk nak menyewa padang tu jgk utk skuad projek piala mfl dgn girls punya national team.
& if KBS offer nak sponsor these pitches better sponsor pitch yg lower than 5 or 10k punya seating je.
Community pun boleh guna,
M3 pun boleh guna. Lagi sustainable.
Heck even odd nations yg dtg malaysia nak buat friendly pun boleh guna.
Contoh stadium UM pun pernah digunakan oleh national team thai for their training ground(was it during aff or afc qualifier?). Xslp aku sea games pun pernah pakai, afc u16
Stadium USIM pun national team pernah buat training camp
Stadium MMU / uitm.
Ni baru kat Klang Valley je...ni semua team m3 or underage team national pnh guna pun. Team uni pun boleh utilize..jimat bajet KPM / uni tu sndr
Agreed, MFL should play a bigger role in this, to market the league they must make sure it is presentable..
I read somewhere that said one of the reason EPL is so popular is because it is so pleasant on the eye for the viewers, they even banned Leicester from doing their weird design on the pitch
Or maybe Astro as the main broadcaster could take charge for the pitch, hold some amount of tv money that supposed to go to club for pitch maintenance
