Build the team = okay, fine.
Lead the team to trophies = no.

Potter got tendency to have brain farts and overthink solutions to problems, not handy when you are a goal down and need to win in a final

A bit like gareth southgate regen, did fine for england but not good enough to lead them over the line to trophies
