Also he likes his players to play through the middle, instead of wide, what will happen to our wide players like mudryk etc? hmm.gif

Very high chance he might snub us, cos he's quite close with tuchel, maybe already phone call tuchel asking for his opinion of our board

Better options if he wait till summer, psg, real madrid might have vacancy by then

Long term project manager like Nagelsman/Poch or short term with a big name winning manager?

I would prefer we go short term with a winning manager, stabilize the team into a proper system/structure, start get into winning way/flow and then we build/set up for long-term. We really cannot be losing to teams battling relegation with the quality of players that we have. It is ludicrous.

Now, everyone is new and cannot click well together on the pitch, even the manager is also new

psg lost 1:0 last night and fans booed messi

ngl, sounds good on paper - but he seems past his prime, like way past laugh.gif not his fault he aged, but definitely not nimble as he was back when he was in Barca colors. Good for shirt sales tho, so .. maybe the shirt sales can recoup the losses from the "Potter"-era laugh.gif

This is one of the few manager's sacking that we will celebrate, probably one of the worst appointments ever, since rafa

In all honesty, yes we need an elite coach for our bloated squad

For that matter, it’s better for boehly and co. to really really check one-by-one, the candidates for the job

Personally yes i like Nagelsmann, but also read somewhere that, Enrique has the statistic similar (if not better) to that of Pep

Read somewhere, Enrique also reading english mags/news/leagues, seem like tempting english clubs to appoint him.. he wants to try premier league

So.. my shortlist: Nagelsmann v Enrique thumbup.gif

Tuchel's words still ring true to this day

Potter given more than enough time, how many mini pre-seasons and new player signings already? He had two full weeks to prepare for AV game, what's with all the shit tactics and subs? Didn't see much improvement after 5 months, no identifiable patterns of play, in fact we played even worse compared to our first 5 games of the season under tuchel

Reason why fans turn on potter so quickly also not purely because of results, but because so sick of his tak apa attitude and lack of charisma (sometimes being in denial and very combative towards the fans)

If tuchel was given chance to see out this season and got somewhat similar results (unlikely), I think fans will be more forgiving and give tuchel more time because he's earned our trust

I still miss Tuchel. Out of those names mentioned, I hope Nagelsmann has something similar to Tuchel, is somewhere near Tuchel

He might be available after 2.5 years je, tahan dulu la 🥺

At least now a step in the right direction, owners being too hands on with the squad always end in tears

The tuchel sacking and potter appointment was a literal trainwreck, this is why owners should stay out of football affairs

to be honest I dont agree with boehly to sack potter yesterday.

i got 2 reasons why.

first one, potter should have been sack by boehly long time ago. if you need to fire the manager, fire him as soon as strings of bad result. not to wait until 10 games left to finish the season. To go 10 games with interim manager would be suicidal. but then again, no top coach would dare to take the responsibility to clean all the mess left by potter because time is essential. 10 games is too short for a permanent manager to impose their blueprint.

second one i think boehly should trust the process. should have given potter at least full preseason and full summer transfer window to cut all the deadwood in the squad. if still no progress then sack him before Christmas. Not too late since new manager can come in and have winter transfer window to bring in the players that suitable to their approach of the game.

All this shit started when they sacked tuchel, you don't sack a manager like tuchel if there's no one equal or better available

Then hired potter, easily the worst downgrade in football history

Now sacked potter with 10 games to go, without even nailing down another manager who will takeover during this crucial period

Boehly and co already proved they know nothing when it comes to football, just faking it till they make it laugh.gif
