Hi. EVPAD StarLIVE and LIVE sports app has been down for a week now and when I contacted the admin via whatsapp. They just repeated the message that appears in the app.

Yup .. evpad has been down more than a week. Same here, when tried to contact them via Whatapps or WeChat. They said "-2" channels are working but none of them were.

How this as compare to Evpad? Smooth? Lot content?

From ur evepad Chrome browser, go to tv6868.com, download and install ETH TV apk on ur tvbox. Open the app to watch live tv channels.

Tv6868.com doesn’t work on evpad anymore. The apk site is down. Anyone has any more solution?

not as fast as evpad in terms of channel loading. some channel no subtitle. for me, just another backup. overall... so so nia.

Glad to know. For those who tried and still not working, I suggest you reset factory settings and reinstall according to your Evpad model. Also do change the DNS to other DNS like Google, Open DNS or cloudflare.
If still not satisfied, don't throw away your box. Go and subscribe IPTV and reuse the box.

Then not much you can do. Like I mentioned above, you either:
1. Reset factory default and reinstall app from links above.
2. Change DNS to cloudflare or Google DNS. If possible change from your router config.
3. If still fail, do not throw away the box but instead subscribe to 3rd party IPTV and reuse the box to watch. No need to buy expensive lifetime streaming box, because when the server fail no matter how good your box, you still need to use other IPTV.

Some -2 channels worked after I downloaded the dns changer from 6868hx.com a week ago, but now everything is kaput

I saw from Facebook it's end of life for 2s and 3s. Only 5 and 6 series can still watch, but it is still not stable.
I think it's about time you install 3rd party IPTV service, no need for another box.

Yes, those IPTV. There are just oo many so you can try and see which one. The more expensive and more reliable one would be Pandora TV, I think you can find in this forum.

Just go buy IPTV app and install into evpad... No need spend so much for crappy box that don't know can last how long. Skytv/Svigo app for 1 year is far cheaper than new Tvbox.
For 5X/6P users can try to reset your box and install back the app, some channel can watch. For older model can say bye bye, use 3rd party app.

Check your Star version (latest I think is 20230207), else need to delete and reinstall.

Ehem service cannot guaranty reliability. Just like who would have thought Evpad service will go bust for more than a month.

If you already have existing android box, even buying svigo for 3 years is cheaper than getting another box.

Thinking of buying box, was planning on evpad or eplay but with the issues now is it better to go for svicloud or other options? Any recommendations?

If you are the type who likes to explore around, I would suggest you buy Android box which are Google and Netflix certified. Can consider the Mecool KM2 or Google Chromecast. Then go to Shopee and buy any IPTV app, 1 or 3 years to watch. Even the server kaput you can buy another IPTV service.
But if you lazy to explore, go buy Svicloud 8S or 8P, or the Unblock TV. Those are also no guaranty, can go bust anytime. The decision is yours whether to pay higher price but no guaranty or spend less and customise your own IPTV service.

Hello sifus, my EVPAD 3 just died (no power, confirm not the cable or power supply's problem, tested with neighbour's EVPAD). Wish to know

- is it repairable?

Usually no. The seller rather you buy a new one unless it is bootloop problem which they can try reflash the firmware.

Set your expectation first. Regardless what brand or how "hot", there are bound to have some hickups once in a while, unlike those legid pay monthly TV services.
Always go for the latest generation, e.g. Unblock 11 or Svicloud 10. If you choose svicloud, 10S is more than enough.

This is also another option, good if chongkiatz love to explore and not for older parents use.

Of course it work because you are the one constantly update and maintain it. Try ask the elderly to maintain and update, not all of them can do. Some just remember turn on TV press what number for which channels.

Do not expect any fix if your Tvbox server down. Everyone of them gone for CNY holiday for sure.

Sorry guys not sure if it’s the right place to ask. I just got my EVpad 11p today. Live channels so far so good, but I realise a lot of apps in Venus store I cannot install, especially wesing in which I plan to use over CNY. I saw in reviews that they managed to install it but not sure how as Venus store does not work. Anyone else has this issue? You click download but it does not move.

My evpad 11p i bring to oversea then cannot use .....they only allow like 7 countries. Other all region block

in the past evpad can use in oversea but 11p start they region block it

Svicloud also have downtime on some days.
And on some countries e.g. Hong Kong, you need the svicloud HK version, otherwise your box will get blocked.
If you do get Svicloud, please buy from reputable seller, not those who throw price as sometimes some of the box get blocked by their admin after few months of usage.

honestly I been using evpad for years started from Evpad 4S I think then 9 now 11 there one of the year they down 6months but also came back. As of today all still working only some channel cannot watch

Then you are lucky. Some people encounter issues like firmware corrupted, streaming of channels not smooth despite reset the box. But worst case is the box get blocked, especially throw price svicloud

My father reset his eplay3r (live & yt errored) & the standard 6868 type on remote does nothing.
Installing apk also didn't work.

I'm glad you manage to get the Tvbox back alive. That post was 2 years ago and I have no idea if those sites still work, until you mentioned it.
Try press the menu button and see if there's option for subtitle.

Really depend on luck. I have 1 Svicloud 8p which runs well most of the time, meanwhile a friend bought Svicloud 9P have bufferring issue.

Sure got, but need to pay lor.

Go youtube find video tutorial to reset Evpad. After that reinstall the app and see if it solve your problem. Just scroll up few post you can find ways to reinstall all the app.

Check out bottom white label got state which model.
