So many I can't reply all. But overall that's what I think.
It may seem like a small issue, but if we allow one telco to get away with it, others will soon follow suit.
I don't think we should just stand idly by and let this happen.
As consumers, it is our responsibility to speak out against any injustices in the industry.
It may take time and effort, but it is a necessary first step towards resolving this issue.
We have seen in the past, when consumers come together and raise their voices, change can happen.
Just look at the example of Maxis CEO apologizing for their past business practices 7 years ago.
It all started from here, Lowyat forum.
https://www.lowyat.net/2016/100515/maxis-ce...ter-this-month/https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3890072&hl=It's important to remember that small actions, like retweeting and tagging our government officials, can make a big impact in bringing awareness to this issue.
Let's not let this slip under the radar.
Let's take a stand and make our voices heard.
Together, we can create the change we want to see.

Updates:9-Sept-2023
TL;DR: I've contacted various government agencies, but no action has been taken. My final step is to email and reach out to ministers, including Fahmi, Teo Nie Ching, and Fuziah Salleh. Cheers everyone.
After my report was closed by MCMC, I filed a complaint with KPDN.
The staff at KPDN contacted me, and they understood why I filed the complaint. However, they informed me that KPDN can't issue any summon to Digi; only MCMC has the authority to do that.
As a result, my case with KPDN was closed and marked as "out of jurisdiction".
They advised me to file a complaint with Biro Pengaduan Awam (PCB), which is under PMX. Most government agencies are cautious about PCB, and they are likely to revisit the case.
And it sure did, after several months of back-and-forth with PCB, MCMC CFM reached out to me again.
However, they told me, "We have done the utmost within the limits of the provisions in the GCC, available at this
MCMC GCC Practice." In short, they couldn't take further action.
I'm now out of options, and I've tried my best. My final attempt is to reach out to the ministers, including Fahmi, Teo Nie Ching, and Fuziah Salleh. I don't have high expectations, but it's my last effort.

Dear KPDN,
I am writing to file an official complaint against Digi Telecommunications for its recent increase in pricing for the (Super Long Life) package from RM38 to RM108. This represents an outrageous increase of 185.71% and is a blatant act of profiteering and exploitation.
I would like to highlight some key issues that have left me extremely frustrated with Digi:
- The increase in pricing for the (Super Long Life) package from RM38 to RM108. (185.71%)
- The new package was hidden from users and only made available to those with RM108 or more credit balance, which is a clear indication that Digi intended to exploit its customers.
- A clear indication that DIGI intended to exploit their customers and make a profit by concealing the package.
- The sudden change in pricing has caused users a significant financial burden.
These actions show a complete disregard for the well-being and loyalty of Digi's customers and have caused me great frustration and anger.
I urge the KPDN to take immediate action to restore the normal pricing and ensure that the validity option remains available regardless of the user's credit balance.
Sincerely,
Digi refunded RM70 for me, because they refund on goodwill LMAO. MCMC report now closed

And the 108 package was hidden from the users. It will not show up if you do not have, RM108 or more credit left on your number.

Freaking dodgy note

Upgraded my new plan without my consent.

While Googling, I found this thread from last year. Seems like they pull this off quietly last year.
https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5254273I'm gonna file a report to MCMC and also Email KKMM.

Dear MCMC,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disgust with the actions of Digi Telecommunications. Without my permission, they forcibly upgraded my package and changed (Super Long Life) pricing package from RM38 to RM108, which represents an increase of 185.71%! I believe this is a clear act of profiteering and exploitation of their long-term, loyal customers.
I have also come to understand that the new package was hidden from the users, and it was made available only if I had RM108 or more credit balance. This is a clear indication that Digi Telecommunications had intended to exploit their customers and make profit by hiding the package and forcing users to upgrade without their consent. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I am disgusted by the actions of Digi Telecommunications.
Phone number is just as important as my identity card in today's society, and the sudden change in pricing has caused me significant financial burden. The actions of Digi Telecommunications have not only caused me great frustration and anger, but it also shows a complete disregard for the well-being and loyalty of their customers.
I kindly request that MCMC to take immediate action to address this issue, and hold Digi Telecommunications accountable for their actions. I urge MCMC to ensure that they are not allowed to continue profiteering and exploiting their customers by hiding package options and forcing users to upgrade without their consent.
I would appreciate a prompt response to my complaint, and I would be happy to discuss this further.
Sincerely,
