Grab management is clueless now. If they have solution, they can refund within 24hrs. Not need to wait for days/weeks.

Either way, if any of your cards (debit/credit) were used, you still need to take steps to reverse the fraudulent transactions. Still a hassle for anyone who got scammed or money stolen. Saying credit card is fine is like saying to thieves “nah take the free money, I’ll sort it out later”.
