Hello folks.

I'm looking to buy a new front load washer. I know go many tered asking about this previously, but i hope to introduce new factor into the discussion to also help future buyers.

Currently the rental unit I stay at, got a samsung front load 7kg

A full load (cotton setting) with ambient temperature water (-- at temp setting) take 1 hour 3 minutes.

I get wildly different answers from salespeople when i did research so am hoping to get better responses from owners.

Do state: brand/model - capacity - water temp - setting (optional)- time

For my example it would be Samsung - 7kg - ambient - cotton - 1 hour 3 minutes.

As a bonus, how is the after sales service if you have dealt with them?

Buy the washing machine that can set how much water level u prefer, washing time, rinse how many time, and spin how many minutes. U can adjust and set from there to reduce overall washing time.

my panasonic 8kg washer, 1:17min, mixed watch with heated water (40c)

after sale, easy to get spare part from panasonic, washing machine broke(absorber wear out) after warranty period. panasonic said the product will be supported for 10 years after release.

why you bother with washing time anyway? just make sure you buy the correct capacity load la.

New front loads have a quicker 39 minute wash for medium to lighter loads of clothes. It's good enough for me and my family of five daily wash

40 degree temp two rinse cycles

Can choose whatever mode you want.

My Electrolux :
- 20mins fastest
- 5h 37m slowest (soak, energy saving function).. I usually use this to run overnight while sleeping.
