Seems no one is talking about the rumors of Harry Kane to Man Utd. Perhaps, we are just tired of Gareth Bale's story, or Frank Ribery's laugh.gif

Harry Kane is currently 29 years old. The same age, when Robbie Van Persie joined our club - the last striker that we can rely on to score a goal, consistently.

When Wout Weghorst joins us on loan, I read the comment from EtH:

QUOTE
' He’s a goalscorer definitely but also a type who will work for the team, who is a really good pressing player in defending, so he can contribute [there] as well.'

Aside from being a goalscorer, Kane has good defending stats, too, compared to other strikers.

Kane has nowhere to go if Spurs failed to qualify Champions League next season, at least, if he still wants to play in England. Early this season, City got Haaland, Liverpool with Nunez, and Arsenal with Jesus.

What about Chelsea? Compared to them, Man Utd in the present moment is in a better position where we are higher ranked in the Premier League, higher possibility of playing the Champions League next season, and also, Chelsea is the Spurs' London rival.

With the possibility of Spurs not playing Champions League, combined with an expiring contract in June 2024, Spurs has no choice but to win any trophy to convince Kane to renew the contract. If they fail to do that, they may resort to selling Kane, even for a discounted price.

The only question left is - does EtH want him?

No expectation, no disappointment.
Playing Mainoo or even Zidand is certainly unavoidable now.

That is with IF, EtH plays Mainoo or Zidane laugh.gif

Now with Eriksen having an ankle injury, we can only pray Casemiro didn't have an injury or we'll get back to McFred again icon_question.gif

Glad that we seal the loan deal with Marcel Sabitzer.

With VDB unavailable for the entire season, suddenly our midfield feels very thin when Eriksen is unavailable for months, and McTom for weeks (yes, he is injured, too).

So can buy haaland cheap?

Even can buy cheap do you think there will be no bidding war? 😂

The major suspect will be Real Madrid as they are to replace Benzema. I don't think Haaland's profile will fit in our current squad. Not to mention, his agent is Rafaela Pimenta (heiress of the late Mino Raiola's empire). It is impossible for me.

PS: I am not keen on Jack Grealish as well. It seems his attitude changed after joined Citeh.

Compared to VDS (Ajax), I am more convinced with Agent Van Nistelrooy of PSV brows.gif

Bruno must've read all the hate comments to FDJ after he chose not to join us this season and thought it was his job as captain to put in a kick for the fans.

The moment Case saves DDG's error.

In other news, despite the rumors of our interest in him, as well as Everton's ranking in the Premier League, Pickford chooses to stay.

We know it’s difficult to accommodate CR7 and he is larger than life. But I respect Erik for saying at least publicly that he wants to work with him and we all tried so hard. We are not happy because CR is miserable and neither is he happy because we are miserable.
He came back, with all the baggage and never downed any tools. You cannot say the same for a lot of our academy grads like Lingardinho, countless GKs, defenders and strikers. Some fairy tales do not have happily ever after.
Let’s close this chapter once and for all.
Yep. CR7 came with a package: the good part that we all admire, and the not-so-good part. If we want to compare personalities, look at how Case responds when he saved De Gea's blunder. He encouraged him, not making some disturbing face.

I guess he is doing intern for his retirement plan. He doesn't even have a space in the first team's dressing room since last September. I am not even sure if he celebrated the win.

I want to see the share prices going down more if that makes the Glazer sell the club. Greedy Glazers want to sell the club for 6/7bn, the club's worth in £ is far less than that.

(Of course, for us, the club is priceless bruce.gif )

QUOTE
Manchester United's share price is down by almost 10 per cent on Monday amid concerns that the Glazers will not sell and a Financial Times report which has calculated the club are worth only £1.3bn.

Despite their Carabao Cup final success at Wembley on Sunday, United's share price is currently down 9.6 per cent at $20.62 and has gone down 17 per cent in a week, wiping almost $1bn off the value of the club.

The real part that I know of, is his words, "I am club captain". No doubt about it, he repeated it on different occasions.

On other things: video of Diogo Dalot and the role of the modern fullback.

I didn't watch the match, TBH. It seems like the first half of the match is nothing to shout about although the replays may suggest, e.g., McTom's dribble and Sabitzer's shot.

We did not score until 76', lucky I did not watch it, must be torture laugh.gif. Nonetheless, I am happy that we are still in the FA Cup competition. Fulham next!

More reasons to be happy. First, in the game aspect alone, those who were getting yellow cards are not the key players (Maguire & McTom). Weghost is involved in all three goals. For the game management: Garnacho played almost full-time, and scored too. Then, our key players got rest: Varane (sub 90'), Lisandro and Rashford (sub 58'), and Casemiro (sub 46').

Above all, no one got injured during this match.

Next match vs Liverpool, Shaw (small injury) and Sancho (illness) are our only concerns but hopefully, both will be recovered in time. GGMU!
