Get a prepaid sim card and find a Huawei 4g router modem (if you have budget beyond Rm 200).
At least if you happen not to be around for months and the SIM card gets terminated you can always get another one.
Speed entirely depends on area and telco. So there is no correct answer "which telco is the fastest"
