Anyone here been using SECOM for their home?
If yes, how was the service and what is the price range for their monthly fee ya?

Using it since ADT now rebrand to Secom, iinm, rm60-80/month

The service ok la kot? Everytime accidentally triggered the alarm the call centre will contact within minutes

Anak Megah Holding need more protection than that. Maybe police bantuan with firearm.

But mine old system dont even have app to control, and link to phone line

I see. I just called SECOM and they told me that PIC will call me after CNY for quotation

So whats the TAT for their team to on-site if buglary really happen?

How much they charge for per site visit if alarm off but false alarm ??

Were dealing with criminal off course police have to be the first one to be dispatched. But last time I remembered they offered service to come attend if got alarm triggered but got extra charge, but that was many years ago. Didnt opt for it

My experience with ADT was bad, they say one operator MC so cant contact me when my house got broken into. Some more the thief cut the alarm and i have to pay for it to be fixed
then they was quiet for a year not auto debit my cc and suddenly after a year they charge me
that was before secom take over

i think adt was full of bullshit but looks like secom might be a bit better.
The price is around 70-80 a month for call and they have the 40 for sms only.

oh btw i need to call the police myself that time when adt fux ... and the police as of malaysia police come bising bising only even i have a capture of the thief in cctv

Lol why then still use their service? iinm alarm systems got comes with module can insert simcard when alarm triggered it can send sms to ur mobile.
Same thing only, except if u sleeping.
