Which one to buy? Firstly I'm considered as a banana. I don't know how to operate these Chinese firmware
I'm choosing on of the 2 as what the China router offer for it's price we have to pay double for those that have English firmware.
Google Chrome or anything else could translate it?

Details & usage:
300Mbps DIGI package (Read it somewhere that it should be private IP)
VPN
Less than 10 devices
TV box
I'm no MacGyver... Just a normal house user.

Really really appreciating your help & advice.
If I fail I might send this to someone that commented to help me set it up.
I'm a family man, willing to pay a small fee for it.
It's not about the money it's about having a chance to try out one before getting your own.
I don't even know if it's a smart move to ask help in the open. I'm not good with IT. Pls advice on this

If you are banana then it is really not recommended for you to get any of those two routers. Only do so if you have the ability to flas an English one into it. Then again many routers' web interfaces are multi-lingual so maybe it's all in the settings? I don't know either of those routers to make a decision.

Anyway, don't get China-certified wifi routers/access points because they have lower transmit power than the ones blessed by SIRIM.

Even a cheap TP-Link Archer AX20 will perform better than both of them.

That's because all China local market routers will have their transmit power limited at 200 mW EIRP. It's a limit by China's regulators.

AX20 maximum 5GHz transmit power based on FCC documents is 972.7mW.

Higher TX power = better range = better overall throughput
