Hi guys. Recently I've take a look at this place and quite like the house but I cant find reviews anywhere.Can anyone share some reviews on this place or surrounding areas?

Next to a river i think...

I wanted to buy their 2nd phase, but the price was hiked up ALOT compared to their 1st Phase, and the sales agent was lying to us so decided to buy in Tropicana Aman instead

The 2nd phase price hiked by ALOT, mentioned this to him he was like denying it. Keep insist 1t/2nd phase price same etc...

Anyway didnt really like the fact its next to a river, you know how Msian river is... not the most pristine/clean environment

BCB HOMETREE consist of 5 phases..

Now they are developing phase 2e, which is SEMI-D.

Price from RM 1.9 Mil.. For this pricing, it is far cheaper than those in Bandar Rimbayu.... Location wise edi win BANDAR RIMBAYU SEMI D... Just next to KK MAIN TOWN....

Yes, it is located next to River... But this is a CONFIRMED NON FLOODED AREA... Flooded area people from Kemuning Utama also come to buy here...

Private me I tell you more...

Well- location is nearer to Kesas compare to Rimbayu, avoid quite a distant of jam.

but the nearby neighournhood pretty run down, light industrial area, old shops etc. Need to travel to near by KK area for better vibes.

and yes- near to river- it was worrying during the great flood in 2021... as heard the river swell under the door step.

Price wise- reasonable ba, large build up.

anyway- the river is the deal breaker.

That maybe is phase 1... Phase 2 never heard of any complain from residents there so far.

Quite risky to stay near or next to river. It may not be flooded now BUT ten years down the road, can you guarantee? More and more developments will happen along the river. If you see from the map, this place is not far from Taman Sri Muda along the river.
