Noticed from some shops that there are those casement windows that already comes with built-in grill as per the picture below.

May I know if anyone has use this type and how’s your experience? Is it better than a separate grill?

Coz from what I see, this type at the grill area will look cleaner and nicer. If separate grill normally will see some gaps between the grill frame and window frame.

It is good enough for what I want windows to be, so much so that I wonder why people would want to have separate windows and grilles installed.

Integrated is not a perfect solution, but I personally can live with the downsides like limited design, slightly higher up front cost, limited colours and glass tint, etc.
