true and ironic they don't have a Black Wii console bundle for US like what they had for Japan huh.

as for the cc pro black ... i know at least 1 person who prefers the black even though he has a white wii console. that's why there's a mh3 game+cc pro black bundle in my order with you *LOL*

yes the US version of MH tri has WiiSpeak support and free online play !

initial impressions from a "casual" monster hunter player :-

- so far the experience is pretty streamlined. (item management, weapon/armour upgrade, etc) but there is a feeling that certain things are not explained to you sometimes. i'll just assume they designed it that way so that players experiment ...

- haven't quested online but getting to the "lobby" is so simple ... you won't even realize you are already connected unless you don't blink throughout the 10-15 second process

- CC Pro is one of the best controllers ever and suits this game to a T !

- graphics (if it matters that much) was not that great but for me it works well

nope, just busy playing offline and online mode ...

- dabbling with online casually mostly due to friend invite or for event quest.
- only at HR3

i'm just a casual player for this particular game so no guarantees if i'll be as dedicated in the long run ...

you have to start online mode and get connected once first. it will generate a hunter ID for you. subsequently when u enter online mode it will be like a save file entry with your name/ID (u can hv up to 6)
